Do you ship internationally?
We ONLY ship orders within the Continental United States. All orders outside the Continental United States must be pre-approved before acceptance of order!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Google Checkout.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All exchanges will be reshipped after returned items are received at our warehouse.
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
REFUSED DELIVERY:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).
If the item has been received to our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs. When requesting RMA# please specify if an exchange is not required. Otherwise, we will send an exchange to the customer if the merchandise is defective.
All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
Are your products new or factory reconditioned?
If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications; some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Total order processing and delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Which shipping method do you offer?
Ground shipping is the available shipping method for all orders.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California and Georgia only.
